This session focuses on developing an understanding of offensive, defensive, and serve-receive systems.  Training will include walk-throughs, guided rotations, and game-like scenarios that emphasize communication, spacing, and strategic awareness. By the end of the session, players should feel more confident working within a 5–1 or 6–2 system, coordinating with teammates during serve receive, and applying defensive strategies.
